The study of photography composition is not only a photography study but, rather, is the study of life; if no composition, or a vision, then there is nothing. This vision or composition is fundamental to all art whether it’s music, visual art or drama. This course is designed to open the students’ minds so they see the world in a fresh light.
The aim of this course is to learn the essential foundations for improving photographic composition. Through a mixture of analysis and study of examples and plenty of photo shooting, the student must, at the end of the course, see and feel the world differently.
This course will emphasize the fundamentals of the photographic art composción adapted to the perceptual sensitivity of each student. How to expand the vision of oneself and one's perception around him transcending a practical thinking and learning.
This is not a technical course, per se, since its emphasis is not focused on the technical aspects of photography, but it is a workshop dedicated to expanding photographic vision, improvement of personal style, the expansion of thought creative and learning to be "in the moment. "
Requirements are that students have an interest in the matter and high energy. You do not need prior knowledge of photography. Students must perform the exercises honestly, that is, take and make themselves their own photographs
The Course Syllabus has the following general structure (remember that for each section includes, in turn, other content specific developed; because of obvious extension reasons we have not included it here)
