The introductory module in Interaction Design investigates all facets of the process of digital content creation, production and design by encouraging research, design and innovation in digital services. The basic concepts of the specialisation courses are introduced in this first stage, so that all the students of the Master are provided with the same groundwork: solid knowledge of entrepreneurship, digital business models and basic digital design. The content is complemented by project management and new digital work methodologies, with one day a week dedicated to completing the briefs effectively while encouraging group cooperation and stimulating creativity. Talks by creatives from other fields are held on Fridays, as well as visits to sector companies, cultural outings, creative afterwork events and presentations for students to improve their public speaking skills.

Students begin their specialisation stage in the second part of the Master. The weeks still follow a weekday schedule, with Mondays and Fridays comprising common classes between all the courses in which the basic foundations of thinking and inspiring continue to be promoted. Wednesdays are dedicated to project development, in which the students work in mixed teams with each assuming the role of the specific professional from their specialisation course field. On Tuesdays and Thursdays each group works on proper contents of the chosen specialisation.
