There are 15 levels of classes from beginners to post-proficiency

Beginners I and II

Students at this level have just begun to learn English. They know a very limited vocabulary and useful expression .They are getting used to the new language pronunciation and they are starting to know how to write new English words.

Starter I and II

Students at this level have improved her vocabulary, they are able to use a good number of expressions and role play different situations.

They have a better level of writing and they are getting familiar with the language in all its fields.

Elementary I and II

Students at this level can communicate at a very basic level and deal with limited situations necessary to survive in an English-speaking environment e.g. travel, accommodation, shopping, socialising. Their comprehension of natural English is inevitably restricted.

Pre Intermediate I and II

Students at this level are able to take part in conversations using a limited everyday vocabulary and simple grammar, and can understand sufficiently to respond. Although they inevitably make mistakes.

Equivalent levels: - Trinity College Grades 3 and 4. and - Cambridge Ket Certificate

Intermediate I and II

Students at this level are beginning to achieve a general competence. That is, although their language production is unmistakably not that of a native speaker and remedial work is necessary, they are able to deal effectively with all the basic demands of living in a English-speaking environment, and can understand the gist of natural spoken and written English.

Equivalent levels: - Trinity College Grade 5 and 6 Oxford Preliminary and - Cambridge Pet Certificate

Upper Intermediate

Students at this level have completed a higher intermediate course. They can express themselves quite fluently, though not always accurately, with a wide range of vocabulary and a command of all the basic grammatical structures. They have begun to understand the finer details in what they hear and read.

Equivalent levels: -Trinity College Grade 7, 8.

First Certificate I and II

Students at this level have achieved a high knowledge of the language. They are able to deal effectively with nearly all the situations in an English speaking environment and writing skills.

Equivalent levels: - Cambridge First Certificate

Advanced I and II

Students have achieved an advanced level of English. Although they have not reached native proficiency they can speak accurately and at length, and can comprehend easily natural spoken and written English. They can express themselves in writing with a reasonable degree of accuracy. They are able to use English with facility in both a social and work context.

Equivalent levels: - Cambridge Advanced Certificate and Trinity Grade 9 and 10

Proficiency

Students at this level can express themselves accurately and fluently, using a wide range of appropriate vocabulary, and their degree of comprehension is near perfect. Their overall communicative competence is close to that of a native speaker.
