Máster presencial
Madrid
The MFS programme fosters a deep knowledge of the food system as an integrated value chain by providing students with the opportunity to study at three academic European institutions which provide distinctly different tracks, each one of them focusing on specific areas of the food system. This is coupled with modules on innovation and entrepreneurship that are shared for all students, a partner-mentored project/thesis work and non-academic activities offered by industrial partners.
The Universidad Autónoma de Madrid offers a unique track, Functional Foods and Precision Nutrition, designed to gain knowledge about the relationship between food and health and allow the students to explore novel entrepreneurial venues through the application of functional foods specifically designed for precision nutrition, for both healthy individuals and chronic diseases patients
