This master's in Marketing Management is designed to give you a deep understanding of the drivers of marketing and commercial globalization, the internationalization of strategies and tactics, and how the global environment must be managed considering local needs to gain competitiveness in new complex scenarios with disruptive and innovative business models.

The program also contains activities and workshops on the latest hands-on training in marketing tools, such as PowerBI, Salesforce, Marketing & Sales simulators, and Digital Platforms for Marketing Excellence and Best Practices. It also includes a curricular Business Study Tour in a Triple Crown Institution (e.g., HEC Montreal) for a business immersion.

Design and implement effective marketing plans in global contexts You will design effective marketing plans and learn how to implement them in highly digitalized and global environments, adapting swiftly across sectors and industries at an international level. 4. Evaluate performance and propose strategic improvements You will develop the skills to assess team and marketing performance, propose improvement strategies aligned with diverse social and cultural contexts, and adopt a critical and strategic perspective. 5. Make marketing decisions with ethics, sustainability and CSR You will be able to frame marketing decisions within ethical values, sustainability, and corporate social responsibility, developing action plans sensitive to current social and business trends. 6. Enhance your communication and leadership skills You will enhance your written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills to interact with all marketing stakeholders, with the ability to lead teams, present effectively, and work independently.

This Master's is designed for young professionals like you, preferably with experience in business, marketing, or sales, and a bachelor’s degree or diploma in a related field. If you’re a recent graduate or come from a different academic background, you may still be admitted based on your academic record and a personal interview. In such cases, some supplementary preparation may be required. An official English certificate is mandatory for all candidates.
