Objetivos

The purpose of the Master in Human Resources Management and Talent Development is to provide a global and detailed vision of all aspects related to human resource management, training professionals capable of solidly addressing the key issues in this field. These cover strategic management, projects with an agile approach, innovation in HR, labor law, personnel analysis, compensation and benefits, employee life cycle, talent management, leadership and coaching, digital transformation and organizational well-being.

Requisitos

The admission requirements for the Master in Human Resources Management and Talent Development are the following: Have a university degree in areas such as Business Administration and Management, Human Resources, Psychology or related disciplines, preferably at the Bachelor, Diploma or Degree level. In the case of having a higher degree, it is required to have at least two years of professional experience in the business field.
